The Catstages Nina Ottosson Melon Madness Puzzle & Play is a Level 2 food puzzle with six hidden compartments and six treat-holding pegs. Cats paw, slide and search to uncover wet food, dry food or treats, adding a structured foraging challenge to meals or reward sessions.

Puzzle difficulty: Level 2 (intermediate)

The puzzle has adjustable difficulty and no removable parts according to the supplied information. Begin with several compartments open and food clearly visible, then close or cover more reward locations as your cat learns. The design is described as BPA-, PVC- and phthalate-free, but it should still be inspected regularly for damage.

Using Melon Madness

Place the puzzle on a stable, non-slip surface and supervise initial sessions. Use measured food and count it within the daily allowance. Clean all food-contact areas after use, particularly when serving wet food. Remove the product if the surface cracks, any part separates or your cat persistently chews the puzzle rather than solving it.

Continue the operation

Use our complete puzzle-feeder guide to compare mechanisms and levels. For an easier introduction, start with the Hunt ’N Swat Treat Tumbler. Cats that master Level 2 can advance to the Rainy Day Level 3 puzzle. Browse cat treats for suitable rewards.

A note from management

The assets were concealed in plain sight.

Six compartments beneath the surface.

Six pegs carrying additional reserves.

Black seeds moved quietly across the board while Management reviewed the accounts and discovered several figures missing.

The Crown was brought in.

He followed the tracks.

Shifted the holdings.

Opened every position.

By the end of the investigation, the funds had disappeared entirely.

Officially, this is a Level 2 cat puzzle game.

Within the Family, it is known as The Hidden Assets.

The portfolio is diversified.

The returns are edible.
