The Catstages Buggin’ Out Puzzle Feeder turns treats or dry food into a hands-on search activity. Sixteen hidden compartments, sliding bugs and leaf covers encourage cats to paw, slide, uncover and investigate while working for a measured portion of food.

Puzzle difficulty: Level 2 (intermediate)

The puzzle holds approximately a quarter cup, making it useful for reward-based enrichment or part of a dry-food meal. Difficulty can be adjusted as the cat learns. Begin with several treats clearly visible and partially open the compartments before expecting more complex movements. A successful puzzle should be engaging rather than frustrating.

Using the Buggin’ Out feeder
