Strong Tofu Cat Litter is a 2.5kg plant-based clumping litter made from natural soybean fibre. It forms quick scoopable clumps and is available in Unscented, Lemon and Lavender variants, allowing households to choose between a fragrance-free option and two scented formulas.

The pellets are described as low dust, biodegradable and designed for odour control. Actual tracking, dust and fragrance acceptance vary between cats and tray setups. Cats that are sensitive to scent should begin with the unscented version, and any change from clay, crystals or fine litter should be introduced gradually.

How to use Strong Tofu litter

Fill a clean, dry tray to the depth stated on the bag. Remove solid waste and urine clumps daily, top up with fresh litter and complete full changes as required. Wash, rinse and dry the empty tray before refilling. Although tofu litter may be marketed as flushable, plumbing and municipal wastewater rules differ. Flush only where the current packaging and local authority both permit it; otherwise use the approved household-waste method.

A note from management

But let’s be clear - this isn’t just litter. This is cover for the Crown’s business. Dust-free, flushable, and quick to clump, just like certain loose ends. Choose your scent: unscented silence, lemon sharp, or lavender smooth. No trails left behind, no smells, no evidence. Tony approves.

Keep it clean. Keep it quiet.

How to use & dispose

How to Use & Dispose

  1. Clean and dry the litter tray.
  2. Add an even layer deep enough for digging and clump formation.
  3. Remove solid waste and urine clumps at least once daily.
  4. Top up with fresh litter to maintain the original depth.
  5. Wash and dry the tray during full litter changes.

The manufacturer describes this litter as flushable. Flush only small amounts if permitted by your local plumbing, wastewater and municipal rules. Never flush large clumps, an entire tray, or cat faeces where local guidance prohibits it. Household-waste disposal is the safer default when uncertain.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Strong Tofu Cat Litter made from?

Natural soybean fibre.

Does tofu cat litter clump?

Yes. It forms fast, scoopable clumps for easier daily cleaning.

Is it low dust?

Yes. It is marketed as a low-dust formula, although no loose litter is completely free from particles.

Which scent should I choose?

Choose unscented for fragrance-sensitive cats or households. Lemon and lavender are scented alternatives.

Does it control odour?

The absorbent soybean-fibre formula is designed to trap moisture and control litter-box odour. Daily scooping remains essential.

Can it be flushed?

The manufacturer describes it as flushable, but plumbing and municipal rules vary. Flush only small amounts where expressly permitted; household-waste disposal is the safer default.

Can it be used in an automatic litter box?

Only if the litter-box manufacturer confirms compatibility with tofu or plant-based clumping litter.

How often should it be scooped?

Remove urine clumps and solid waste at least once daily and top up as needed.

What if a cat eats it?

Litter is not food. Contact a veterinarian if a cat repeatedly eats litter or shows signs of illness.
