The Godfather is a self-cleaning grooming brush for cats and dogs, designed to remove loose fur, minor knots and everyday shedding during routine coat care. Fine metal bristles collect hair as the brush moves through the coat, while the push-button mechanism releases the collected fur from the brush head afterwards.

The lightweight handle supports controlled grooming, but the metal pins should always be used gently. Regular brushing can reduce loose hair around the home and gives you an opportunity to inspect the skin and coat. It cannot safely remove severe mats or treat itching, wounds, parasites or skin disease.

How to use the grooming brush

Brush in the direction of hair growth using short, light strokes. Avoid the face, nipples, joints and any sore or inflamed area. Stop if the brush catches repeatedly or your pet becomes distressed. Press the release button only after removing the brush from the coat, then clear away the lifted hair. Clean and dry the tool according to its care instructions and replace it if pins bend or the mechanism becomes unreliable.
