Pets Choice Silica Crystal Cat Litter is a non-clumping litter designed to absorb urine into porous crystals and help control litter-tray odours. The current range includes several pack sizes, allowing households to choose a trial bag or a larger value option for ongoing indoor use.

Silica litter behaves differently from clay clumping litter. Urine does not form scoopable clumps; instead, moisture is absorbed into the crystals while solid waste is removed daily. The product is described as dust free and low tracking, although performance varies with tray setup, granule movement and the individual cat.

How to use silica crystal litter

Fill a clean, dry tray to the depth stated on the bag. Remove solid waste promptly and mix or maintain the crystals only as directed. Replace the full contents when absorption or odour control declines. Do not add water or flush used crystals. Wash the empty tray with a cat-safe cleaner, rinse away residue and dry it completely before refilling.

  • Helps dry solid waste and reduce odour
  • Dust-free formula stated by suppliers

How to use & dispose

Fill a clean, dry litter tray with the recommended amount of Pets Choice Silica Crystal Cat Litter according to the packaging.

Remove solid waste daily. Stir the crystals regularly to help distribute moisture and extend freshness. Replace the full tray when the crystals become saturated, discoloured, or no longer control odour effectively.

Pets Choice uses a one-cat, one-bag concept, but actual use time will depend on the number of cats, tray size, ventilation and how often the tray is maintained.

Dispose of used litter in household waste. Seal soiled litter securely in a plastic bag before disposal.

Do not flush silica crystal litter down the toilet. Do not compost or dig used litter into the garden.

Wash the tray regularly and allow it to dry before refilling.
