Every Crown needs a Manor.

Not because His Highness is tired.
Because the peasants are loud.

The PetRebels Portland 92 is a private grey residence for the cat who requires distance, height, soft seating, and a tunnel for avoiding unnecessary public appearances.

Top seat for judgement.
Halfway sofa for receiving no visitors.
Bottom tunnel for disappearing when management approaches with affection, medication, or questions.

The scratching posts are there for preparation. The claws are not being “used”. They are being maintained. Sharpened. Filed. Readied.

This is not a cat tree.

This is The Manor.

A compact private estate where the Crown may lounge, observe, hide, ignore, and occasionally sharpen the tools of governance.

Peasants may look.
Peasants may admire.
Peasants may not enter.

Place The Manor on a flat, stable indoor surface.

Good placement spots include:

• Near a window
• Near a favourite sleeping area
• Near furniture your cat already scratches
• In a quiet corner for surveillance
• In an apartment living area where the Crown requires vertical territory without a giant tower

The top seat gives your cat a raised lookout point, while the tunnel offers a lower hiding space for private matters, emotional withdrawal, or peasant avoidance.

Cats scratch to maintain their claws, stretch their muscles, mark territory, and release energy.

The Portland 92 gives your cat several forms of enrichment in one compact structure:

• Vertical scratching
• Claw maintenance
• Stretching
• Climbing
• Lounging
• Hiding
• Raised observation
• Territory marking
• A dedicated alternative to scratching the furniture

The scratching posts help redirect scratching away from couches, bed bases, curtains, and other innocent household objects.

The cuddle tunnel gives cats a private hiding spot, which can help them feel secure.

The top seat and halfway sofa add lounging options at different heights, which is especially useful for indoor cats who need more variety in their environment.

• Place the cat tree on a flat, stable surface.
• Check that it does not wobble before letting your cat use it.
• Monitor first use, especially if your cat is heavy, highly energetic, or enters every room like a minor regime change.
• This is a compact cat tree, not a giant climbing tower.
• Check regularly for loose parts, worn scratching surfaces, fraying, damaged plush, or instability.
• Keep away from open flames, heaters, damp areas, and unstable furniture edges.
• If your cat ignores it at first, place it near an existing scratching zone or favourite nap area. Treats, catnip, and dramatic praise may help with onboarding.

How do I stop my cat from scratching the furniture?
Give your cat a proper scratching post or cat tree and place it near the furniture they already scratch. Cats scratch to stretch, mark territory, maintain their claws, and release energy, so the goal is not to stop scratching completely. The goal is to redirect it to approved infrastructure.

Will a cat tree help stop my cat scratching the couch?
It can help, especially if the cat tree includes scratching posts and is placed near the problem area. The Portland 92 gives cats scratching areas, resting areas, and a hiding tunnel, which makes it more useful than a basic flat scratcher.

What type of cat tree is best for indoor cats?
A good indoor cat tree should offer scratching, resting, and hiding opportunities without taking up too much space. Portland 92 is a strong option because it combines scratching posts, a top seat, a halfway sofa, and a cuddle tunnel in a compact footprint.

Do cats need a scratching post or a cat tree?
Many cats benefit from both, but a cat tree can do more because it provides scratching, height, lounging, and hiding space in one product. That makes it especially useful for indoor cats and apartment cats.

Why do cats like tunnels and hiding spaces?
Tunnels and enclosed spaces help cats feel secure. They also give cats somewhere to hide, nap, observe, or withdraw from peasant interaction.

Where should I put a cat tree?
Place it where your cat already spends time, near a window, near a favourite sleeping spot, or close to furniture they scratch. Cats are more likely to use a cat tree if it is placed in their existing territory.

Is Portland 92 good for apartments?
Yes. It has a compact 40 x 40 cm base and a 92 cm height, which makes it suitable for smaller homes and apartments while still giving cats vertical space and scratching opportunities.

Is this cat tree suitable for large cats?
Portland 92 is compact, so it is generally better for kittens, smaller cats, average-sized cats, or cats who like cosy spaces. For very large or heavy cats, monitor first use and make sure the platforms and tunnel feel comfortable for their size.

What materials are best for cat scratchers?
Sisal is commonly used because cats enjoy the texture for claw maintenance. A stable structure and comfortable resting materials also matter. PetRebels notes that its sisal and plush are glued to help extend lifespan.

Does this cat tree have a guarantee?
Yes. PetRebels states that it gives a factory guarantee on all its products. The guarantee relates to product quality, although normal wear will still depend on your cat’s scratching behaviour and how heavily the product is used.

How do I get my cat to use a cat tree?
Place the cat tree near an area your cat already uses, especially near a scratching spot, window, or sleeping area. You can encourage use with treats, catnip, toys, or praise. Some cats accept the new estate immediately. Others require a slower political transition.
