The LickiMat Felix is a fish-shaped slow feeder made from non-toxic, food-grade TPR according to the supplied product information. Raised nubs and ridged channels hold wet food, raw food, dry kibble, broth, spreads, treats and compatible supplements for supervised feeding enrichment.

The flat design gives cats a wide view of their surroundings and can make a measured portion take longer to consume. It may help some cats pace meals and reduce boredom, but it is not a medical treatment for vomiting, digestion or anxiety. Food choice and portion size remain the most important parts of a healthy feeding plan.

Using the LickiMat Felix

Set the mat on a stable surface and press a thin layer of suitable food into the texture. Supervise use and remove it if your cat bites or tears the material. The Felix is described as suitable for freezing and microwave warming; always follow the current care instructions. Clean every groove thoroughly after use, especially with wet or raw food, and dry it before storage.

A note from management

Codename: Catch of the Day

The fish arrived without paperwork.

Naturally, Management asked no questions.

Grooves. Ridges. Channels.

A whole little dockyard for tuna, Churu, broth, pâté, and other soft confessions.

The Crown approaches slowly.

Then the interrogation begins.

Every lick extracts evidence.
Every corner gets searched.
Nothing leaves the mat without talking.

Fast eaters are delayed.
Bored cats are occupied.
Nervous informants are calmed.

Tony calls it a feeding mat.

Then pauses.

No.

An interrogation board.

Serve it wet.
Serve it frozen.
Serve it warm.

Just don’t ask where the fish came from.
