The KONG Cat Laser Toy creates a fast-moving red target that encourages stalking, chasing and pouncing during interactive indoor play. Its compact handheld design makes it easy to direct short routes across a clear floor, while batteries are included according to the current product information.

Laser play provides movement and mental stimulation but gives the cat nothing physical to capture. End each session by directing the light towards a safe toy or placing a small reward where the cat can complete the hunting sequence. Avoid prolonged, frantic chasing and adjust speed for kittens, senior cats or cats with mobility limitations.

Play and safety

Never shine the beam into the eyes of a person or animal, towards reflective surfaces, vehicles or outdoor traffic. Keep sessions supervised and use the laser only in an open area free from stairs and breakable objects. Store the device and spare batteries securely after use. Stop if your cat becomes distressed, compulsively searches for the light or continues hunting reflections after the session.
