Catstages Catnip Dental Chew Mice are lightweight toys with catnip filling and a textured mesh surface. Their compact mouse shape encourages cats to bat, toss, carry and chew during supervised indoor play, providing an alternative target for cats that enjoy mouthing toys.

The mesh adds texture but the mice should not be treated as a replacement for tooth brushing, veterinary dental examinations or approved dental products. Catnip may increase engagement for responsive cats, although sensitivity varies and kittens can show little reaction. Toss the mice across a clear floor or place them near an approved play area for independent investigation.

Play and safety

Inspect the mesh, seams, tails and filling before each session. Remove a mouse immediately if the surface frays, stuffing appears or any part becomes loose. Cats that swallow fabric or mesh require particularly close supervision. Store the toys out of reach between sessions and rotate them with other toy types rather than leaving them permanently available.
