The Velvet Noose is a long braided tassel toy measuring approximately 76cm. Its flexible shape gives indoor cats a target for carrying, dragging, chewing, grabbing, wrestling and bunny-kicking during supervised play.

The length can suit cats that prefer a larger rope-style target rather than a small plush toy. Move it slowly along the floor to begin a chase or allow the cat to hold the centre between the front paws. It is a play product rather than dental floss, and chewing the fibres does not replace oral care.

Play and safety

Long rope and tassel toys can present entanglement and ingestion risks. Supervise the entire session and inspect the braid, knots and tassel ends before and after use. Remove the toy immediately if it frays, unravels or loses fibres. Store it in a closed cupboard after play and do not wrap it around the cat, a person or furniture. Cats that swallow string-like material should use a different toy.

A note from management

It dangles.

It sways.

It cleans teeth. Allegedly.

Around here, Management does not ask what it is for.

Management asks who it silenced.

The Velvet Noose has been seen in interrogation rooms, smuggling dens and one regrettable birthday party for a Persian named Biscotti.

Soft to the touch. Silent in operation.

The Apartment Cat denies all knowledge of this object.

Also, there is no Tony.
