The Cardboard Throne is a round honeycomb cardboard lounge that functions as both a horizontal scratcher and a resting bed. Its foldable, lightweight structure can be moved between favourite indoor locations and offers cats a textured surface for scratching, stretching, curling up and observing the household.

The corrugated cardboard provides resistance for claw maintenance, while the curved bowl shape can suit cats that enjoy sleeping inside round or enclosed-looking spaces. Position the lounge near an existing scratching or resting area rather than expecting the cat to discover it in an unused room.

Use and maintenance

Open and secure the foldable structure according to the product instructions, then place it on a stable, dry floor. Remove loose cardboard fragments regularly and replace the lounge when wear affects its shape or strength. Keep it away from water, outdoor conditions, heaters and open flames. Cats that deliberately eat cardboard or tear off large pieces should use the product only under close supervision.

A note from management

Every boss needs a throne. The Cardboard Throne isn’t just a bed — it’s a fortress, a scratch pad, and a place where the don can watch the whole operation unfold. Built from tough honeycomb walls, it takes every claw hit while holding shape like a fortress. Portable enough to follow the sun in winter or the shade in summer, it’s the kind of furniture cats claim as territory and never give back. And when the job’s done? No laundering, no cleanup — just swap it for a fresh seat of power. The throne is temporary, but the rule is eternal.
