Pretty face. Loud operation. The AFP Unicorn Sock Cuddler Wand pairs an extra-soft curly plush unicorn target with a handheld wand for interactive stalking, chasing and pouncing. The target is infused with catnip and contains a highly responsive crinkle layer that makes a pronounced rustling sound when caught, squeezed or moved. It measures approximately 26 × 12 × 1cm, giving cats a broad, soft shape to catch and hold after the chase.

Why cats like it

Move the unicorn close to the floor in short, irregular paths, let it pause behind furniture, then bring it back within reach. The strong crinkle sound adds another sensory cue each time the target moves or is grabbed, while the curly plush is gentle on paws and easy to grip. Catnip provides an additional scent cue for responsive cats. Keep the game varied and allow frequent catches rather than making the target permanently elusive. After an energetic sequence, let your cat hold or cuddle the soft target for a quieter finish.

Good to know

This wand is designed for supervised interactive play. Catnip response varies between cats, so movement, texture and the pronounced crinkle remain the main attraction for some. Check the wand, connection, seams and plush fabric before every session. Remove it if any part becomes loose or damaged, and store the entire wand out of reach between playtimes.

A note from management

Management was advised that unicorns are mythical.

This one was found crinkling loudly beneath the dining-room table.

It has a horn, no alibi and absolutely no understanding of discretion.

Every movement announces its position.

Every attempted escape sounds like someone opening classified documents in a quiet courtroom.

The Crown is delighted.

The Unicorn has been tackled, interrogated and carried triumphantly through the Compound.

It remains magical.

It is not subtle.

Tony has asked whether it can be silenced.

It cannot.

That is now Tony’s problem.
